These terms govern use of RECOVER’s services and SMS program.

SMS program

After providing express consent, users may receive recurring messages from RECOVER about home-service requests, including missed-call responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, scheduling updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies.

Charges and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email aa3147044@gmail.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful requests. Service availability may change, and communications may be delayed or unavailable.
